Pharmacology
Tolperisone Hydrochloride functions as a centrally acting muscle relaxant. It effectively alleviates muscular hypertonicity, enhances peripheral blood circulation through vasodilation, and diminishes pain. Additionally, Lidocaine contributes by stabilizing neuronal membranes, inhibiting ionic fluxes essential for impulse initiation and conduction, thus providing a local anesthetic effect.
