Pharmacology
This lotion is a non-greasy, water-resistant sunblock designed to protect against sunburn for all skin types. It offers substantial protection against the damaging effects of ultraviolet rays from sunlight, which can lead to skin cancer, wrinkles, premature aging, and skin darkening due to excessive sun exposure.
SolaScren boasts a sun protection factor (SPF) of 6 against UVA rays and 28 against UVB rays. SPF indicates how much longer you can stay in the sun without suffering from these rays compared to unprotected skin. This formulation provides 28 times more natural sunburn protection and retains its effectiveness for up to 60 minutes in water.
Dosage & Administration
For optimal results, apply the lotion evenly and thoroughly on the skin prior to sun exposure. It is advisable to apply it 45 minutes before engaging in swimming or any activities that induce sweating. While a single application can offer all-day protection, it is recommended to reapply during extended sun exposure, especially after swimming or excessive sweating.
