This fizzy tablet is beneficial for:

Composition
Each effervescent tablet contains:
- Calcium Lactate Gluconate: 1358.196 mg
- Calcium Carbonate BP: 1050 mg (equivalent to 600 mg elemental calcium)
- Vitamin D: 400 IU as Cholecalciferol BP

Dosage & Administration

This supplement may interact with medications such as digoxin, antacids containing calcium, aluminum, or magnesium, as well as other calcium supplements and certain antibiotics. Consultation with a physician is recommended when taking this supplement alongside these medications.
Contraindications
Avoid in cases of hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, hypercalciuria, nephrolithiasis, hypersensitivity to the components, or severe renal insufficiency.

Pregnancy & Lactation
This effervescent tablet is suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding to address calcium and vitamin D deficiencies. However, caution is advised, particularly in the third trimester, with a daily intake not exceeding 1500 mg calcium and 1000 IU vitamin D.
Precautions & Warnings
Exercise caution in patients with conditions such as sarcoidosis, renal or cardiac disease, and those receiving cardiac glycosides. Adequate fluid intake is recommended for individuals with a history of stone formation.
Overdose Effects
Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, metallic taste, stomach cramps, unconsciousness, diarrhea, weakness, headache, constipation, dizziness, or irritability. Acute or chronic overdose may lead to hypocalcemia due to vitamin D toxicity.
