Indications

Composition
Each vaginal suppository contains:
- Metronidazole BP – 200 mg
- Neomycin Sulphate BP – 35,000 IU
- Polymyxin B Sulphate BP – 35,000 IU
- Nystatin BP – 100,000 IU
Pharmacological Properties
Metronidazole, a nitroimidazole derivative, is effective against a range of anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. Nystatin is a polyene antibiotic with strong antifungal properties. Neomycin, an aminoglycoside, is bactericidal and targets specific gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Polymyxin B is active against gram-negative bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Dosage & Administration
Insert one suppository into the vagina at bedtime for 12 days, or as directed by your doctor.

Contraindications
