- Lower Respiratory Tract Infections including pneumonia from Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, and E. coli.
- Acute Bacterial Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis from Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, or Haemophilus parainfluenzae (beta-lactamase negative strains).
- Skin and Skin-Structure Infections from Staphylococcus aureus or Streptococcus pyogenes.
- Urinary Tract Infections caused by E. coli or Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Pharmacology
Kilbac, containing Cefuroxime, is an effective broad-spectrum antibiotic with bactericidal properties against many pathogens, including strains resistant to ampicillin and amoxicillin. Its stability against bacterial beta-lactamase enhances its efficacy in treating infections.
