Indications
Follow the injection technique prescribed by your physician or healthcare provider. Fully depress the push-button for injection and keep it pressed down during medication discharge. After complete medication discharge, wait for 6 seconds before slowly withdrawing the pen needle. You may hold the push-button pressed or release it during these 6 seconds.

Pen Device
Designed for diabetes patients, this insulin delivery device resembles a pen with a push, twist, and lock cartridge holder for convenient insulin administration. It facilitates easy dosage adjustment, cartridge changes, and injection of 1 to 60 units of insulin or any 3 mL cartridge. Overdosed? Correct your dose without wasting insulin.
Pen Needle
- 4 mm needles minimize the risk of intramuscular injections compared to 6 mm needles.
- Unique design reduces the risk of bending or breaking.
- 4 mm length suits subcutaneous delivery, regardless of BMI.

Dosage & Administration
Pen Preparation or Cartridge Change:
- Remove the pen cap.
- Twist and remove the cartridge sleeve.
- Replace the empty cartridge if needed.
- Insert the new cartridge into the sleeve.
- Fully push back the threaded rod.
- Secure the cartridge sleeve to the housing by twisting.
Attach Pen Needle:
- Peel off the foil.
- Twist the pen needle onto the cartridge sleeve, ensuring correct attachment.
- Remove the outer needle protective cap, keeping it for safe disposal after use.
- Remove and discard the inner needle protective cap.
Priming / Function Check:
- Set the test dose by turning the dosage knob clockwise (minimum 2 units).
- Hold the pen upright and tap the cartridge sleeve to allow air to rise.
- Depress the push-button.
- Ensure a few insulin drops emerge from the needle tip.
After each injection, carefully attach the outer needle protective cap, twist off the pen needle, and dispose of it according to healthcare professional advice.
Storage Conditions
Follow specific instructions for needle and cartridge handling. Always cap the pen after use and store it in the pen pouch without a needle attached. Store at room temperature below or equal to 30°C, away from water, dust, and moisture. Clean with a damp cloth; avoid alcohol or solvents. Never submerge the pen in water, as it may damage it.
