Indications

Pharmacology
Olopatadine, an antihistamine, blocks histamine action in the body, reducing allergy symptoms. It acts as a mast cell stabilizer and histamine H1 receptor antagonist.
Dosage
Eye drops: Administer as directed, varying based on concentration and frequency. Nasal spray: Adults and adolescents should use two sprays per nostril twice daily, while children aged 6-11 should use one spray per nostril twice daily. Tablets: Adults and children over 7 years old can take one tablet twice daily, with dosage adjustments if necessary.
Administration
For nasal spray usage, shake the bottle, insert the applicator into the nostril, and spray while breathing in. Clean the spray once a week. Administer eye drops as directed, avoiding contact with the dropper tip.
