Alacot Max tablet manages symptoms of allergic rhinitis and allergic skin conditions like rashes, hives, itching, and nasal congestion.
Pharmacology
Olopatadine, an antihistamine, blocks histamine action in the body, reducing allergy symptoms. It acts as a mast cell stabilizer and histamine H1 receptor antagonist.
Dosage

Nasal spray: Adults and adolescents should use two sprays per nostril twice daily, while children aged 6-11 should use one spray per nostril twice daily.
