Presented as an inhalation powder, the medication comprises a combination of Indacaterol Acetate (an ultra-LABA), Glycopyrronium Bromide (an ultra-LAMA), and Mometasone Furoate (an ICS). This combination is intended for oral inhalation administration, facilitating targeted delivery to the lungs.

Pharmacology

Each component of the combination exerts unique pharmacological effects:

• Indacaterol Acetate acts as a bronchodilator by stimulating ß2-adrenergic receptors in the lungs, resulting in relaxation of bronchial smooth muscles.
