Used primarily as an emollient, this product provides relief from dry skin conditions by alleviating symptoms such as dryness and irritation.

Pharmacology
White Soft Paraffin and Liquid Paraffin are emollients with occlusive properties designed for topical application. They are minimally absorbed systemically but effectively penetrate the outer layer of the skin (stratum corneum).
Dosage & Administration
Apply a thin layer of ointment to the affected area of the skin, following the direction of hair growth. Reapply as needed, aiming for at least two to four applications per day. For adults with large areas of affected skin, up to 500 g of ointment may be used weekly. For external use only.

Side Effects
Extended use may result in folliculitis. Discontinue use if this occurs.
Pregnancy & Lactation
The safety of White Soft Paraffin and Liquid Paraffin during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been fully established. However, their use during these periods is generally not considered hazardous.
Precautions & Warnings
Apply the product in the direction of hair growth to minimize the risk of folliculitis.
Overdose Effects
The product has low toxicity. In case of accidental ingestion, treatment should be supportive and symptomatic. Do not attempt gastric lavage due to the risk of aspiration or inhalation of paraffin-based substances into the lungs.
