- Angina Pectoris (Chest Pain)

Pharmacology
Indever contains Propranolol Hydrochloride, a beta-adrenergic blocker commonly used in the treatment of hypertension and angina. It works by blocking the effects of catecholamines at beta-adrenergic receptors, thereby reducing heart rate, preventing excessive force of heart contractions, and decreasing oxygen consumption by the heart.
Propranolol is efficiently absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract and reaches peak plasma concentration within 1 to 1.5 hours after oral administration. The plasma half-life ranges from 3 to 6 hours, and the metabolites are excreted via the urine.
