- Open the Device: Hold the base of the inhaler with one hand and pull back the mouthpiece until the alignment arrows meet.
- Insert the Capsule: Remove a medication capsule from the Blister Strip and place it into the capsule chamber, ensuring the transparent end is facing first.
- Secure the Mouthpiece: Close the mouthpiece firmly until you hear a click, indicating that the device is securely locked.
- Prepare to Inhale: Grip the mouthpiece between your teeth and seal your lips around it. Keep your head upright.
- Inhale Deeply: Breathe in through your mouth as deeply as possible. A proper inhalation will cause the capsule to vibrate inside the device.
- Hold Your Breath: Remove the inhaler from your mouth and hold your breath for up to 10 seconds. If necessary, repeat the inhalation process to ensure all medication is delivered.
- Dispose and Clean: After use, open the mouthpiece to discard the used capsule. Close the mouthpiece and store the device in the provided pouch. Clean the device as needed by wiping the mouthpiece and capsule chamber with a dry cloth. Avoid exhaling into the device.
- Prepare for Next Use: For the next dose, insert a fresh DPI capsule and repeat the steps above.
