Indications
This scalp treatment is designed to relieve inflammatory, dry, and scaly skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis.
- “Use this medication as prescribed by a registered physician.”
Pharmacology
Betamethasone Dipropionate, a glucocorticoid, primarily provides anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, while Salicylic Acid has keratolytic properties beneficial for treating thickened, scaly skin. The keratolytic effect aids in enhancing corticosteroid absorption, making Betamethasone Dipropionate effective against dermatoses due to its anti-inflammatory, itch-relieving, and blood vessel-constricting actions.
