- Flatulence associated with gastric reflux

- Epigastric and retrosternal discomfort caused by gastric reflux.
Pharmacology:
Asynta Max combines two antacids (Calcium carbonate and Sodium bicarbonate) with an alginate (Sodium alginate). It works by:
- Neutralizing excess stomach acid for relief from pain and discomfort.
- Forming a protective barrier over stomach contents to alleviate burning chest pain.
The product’s action is physical and does not involve absorption into the bloodstream. Upon ingestion, it reacts with gastric acid to create an alginate gel raft that floats on stomach contents, preventing gastro-esophageal reflux and protecting the esophagus from acid, pepsin, and bile for up to 4 hours.
