It is effective in managing the following conditions: polyneuropathy of various origins such as diabetic, alcoholic, or toxic neuropathies; neuritis; neuralgia; cervical syndrome; shoulder-arm syndrome; lumbago; sciatica; myalgia; intercostal neuralgia; herpes zoster; trigeminal neuralgia; and as supportive therapy in facial paresis.

- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate): 100 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride): 200 mg
- Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin): 200 mcg
- Injection (3 ml ampoule):
- Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1): 100 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): 100 mg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12): 1000 mcg
Pharmacology
Vitamin B1 facilitates the conversion of carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids into energy, supports nerve health, enhances mood, and strengthens the heart. Vitamin B6 is crucial for red blood cell production, protein synthesis, neurotransmitter formation (e.g., serotonin), and energy release. It also reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, alleviates depression, and eases insomnia. Vitamin B12 is vital for cell replication, red blood cell production, and nerve health, helping to prevent anemia, reduce nerve pain, and lower heart disease risks.
Upon oral administration, these vitamins are effectively absorbed, widely distributed across tissues, and excreted via urine when in excess. Thiamine primarily exists as diphosphate within cells, while pyridoxine and its derivatives convert to active forms in the liver. Vitamin B12 is also processed efficiently but requires specific forms for certain neuropathic conditions.
