Pharmacology
This formulation combines Paracetamol and Tramadol for effective pain relief. Paracetamol is known for its analgesic and antipyretic properties, working primarily in the central nervous system (CNS) to raise pain thresholds by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes involved in prostaglandin synthesis. It is one of the safest and most widely used analgesics, well-tolerated and devoid of many aspirin-related side effects.
Tramadol, a synthetic opioid analgesic, operates through multiple mechanisms: it binds to μ-opioid receptors and inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin, contributing to its analgesic effects.
