Benefits include reduced muscle spasms and associated symptoms such as pain, tenderness, limited movement, and difficulties in daily activities.

Cyclobenzaprine, a centrally-acting skeletal muscle relaxant, is chemically similar to tricyclic antidepressants, sharing comparable properties. It targets the brain stem to decrease tonic-somatic motor activity, affecting both the α and δ motor systems. Flexor serves as an adjunct in the symptomatic management of painful muscle spasms linked to musculoskeletal issues.
